    Reading internet tablaure

The first thing to know about reading guitar tabluture is knowing what a fret is on your guitar:

Each string has their own note so we show each string by show their notes at the start of each song.

- The top e is the highest piched string. each - stands for a beat,
- The numbers stand for what fret to be pushed down,
- EG: 0 is the string plucked open & 1 is the first fret pushed down ETC

e|-----0--1--3--||
B|--------------||

G|--------------||
D|--------------||
A|--------------||
E|--------------||

the first exercise is on only the first string & is mainly to exercise your fingers so you get used to moving your fingers:

e|--0--1--3--1--0--3--1--3--0--1--0--3--------
B|---------------------------------------------
G|---------------------------------------------
D|---------------------------------------------
A|---------------------------------------------
E|---------------------------------------------
