Dire Straits - Money for Nothing

This riff is not very complicated in itself, but it is important to get it right before you start. Mark Knopfler does not use a pick but his fingers: rim notes are played with the thumb, the others with the index and the middle finger. To reproduce the small whistling notes, play the thumb with the nail and the pulp at the same time. Distortion at 50% and 80% drive levels, without forgetting to put a wah-wah in the treble position (used as a resonance filter).
